We are looking for a proactive and community focused Parking Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting deliver of best practices across parking compliance and enforcement services.

What you’ll do?
- Investigate parking related complaints and general community concerns
- Conduct periodic patrols to monitor parking compliance across the area
- Issue warnings, cautions, and infringement notices for breaches of parking regulations
- Educate public on parking rules and promote community safety
- Maintain accurate records and provide support for enforcement procedures
Essential Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role with sound verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven skills in the use of MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Merit and an understanding of internal online portals.
- Proven ability to deal with sensitive issues and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Ability to work am/pm shifts and regular weekend and PH shifts, on a 7-day roster.
- Class C drivers’ licence
Desirable Criteria
- Previous work experience in parking or relevant enforcement
