About the Role
As a Registered Nurse on C5, you’ll provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care to patients with complex and often long-term health conditions. Many of our patients require holistic support physical, emotional, and psychosocial during a vulnerable stage of life.
You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a care environment that balances clinical excellence with kindness, dignity, and genuine connection.
You’ll also be supported by experienced educators and nurse leaders who’ll help you grow your clinical capability in renal, oncology and chronic illness care.
This is a ward where you’ll develop your confidence, grow your clinical reasoning, and learn something new every day.
About You
You're not just clinically capable, you’re emotionally intelligent and deeply compassionate. You understand that chronic illness care requires presence, patience, and purpose. You’ll also bring:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Recent experience in an acute hospital setting—experience in renal, oncology or complex medical preferred
A commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning and quality improvement
Strong communication skills, including digital documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration
The ability to prioritise care in a high-acuity, high-complexity environment
