About the Role
As a Registered Nurse on C4, you’ll:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to medical inpatients
Work closely within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
Contribute to a strong team nursing model and support junior staff
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Be part of a high-performing, award-winning unit where your contribution is valued

About You
You’re a compassionate and capable RN who brings clinical skill, accountability, and a genuine team spirit. You will also have:

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Recent acute hospital experience, ideally within a neurology inpatient unit
A commitment to evidence-based practice, professional development, and patient-centered care
Excellent clinical communication skills, including confident use of digital health systems
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong time management and prioritisation skills in a busy clinical environment
Personal integrity, accountability, and resilience
