About the Role
As a Registered Nurse on G4, you will:
Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients with acute respiratory, endocrine, and GI conditions
Support people experiencing chronic illness, acute deterioration, and transition to home or specialist care
Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, including Endocrinology, Respiratory and Gastroenterology consultants, Allied Health, and Discharge Planners
Gain experience in diabetes management, respiratory therapies, gastrostomy care, and complex medication regimes
Contribute to a professional, patient-centred team culture where your voice and ideas matter
This is a ward where you’ll develop your confidence, grow your clinical reasoning, and learn something new every day.
About You
You’re an adaptable and compassionate nurse who brings strong fundamentals and a thirst for learning. You’ll also have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Recent clinical experience in acute care experience in medical, endocrine, respiratory or gastro settings ideal
A commitment to person-centred care, delivered with compassion, respect, and professionalism
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Confidence using digital health systems and working in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment
The ability to prioritise effectively in a busy ward with fluctuating patient acuity
