About the Role:

As a Reception/Sterilisation Nurse, you’ll play a vital dual role in maintaining both front of house excellence and behind the scenes clinical support. You'll be the first friendly face patients see while also helping ensure our clinical spaces are safe, clean, and well organised.

Responsibilities include:

Providing warm and professional reception support to patients

Scheduling and managing appointments and patient flow

Performing sterilisation duties in line with current infection control standards

Preparing and maintaining clinical spaces and equipment

Supporting team members with general admin and operational tasks

What We Are Looking For:

Experience in dental, medical, or customer service/reception roles (preferred but not essential)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Friendly and professional communication style

A team player with a willingness to learn and help wherever needed

Knowledge of infection control protocols or willingness to be trained
