Senior Interior Designer – Lead meaningful projects across Interiors and Architecture

MAS Architecture Studio is one of Brisbane’s most well-regarded firms, known for their refined aesthetic, deep client relationships, and ability to deliver on both substance and style. Their interiors capability is a key part of the practice’s continued growth, with demand building across workplace, multi-residential, and commercial projects. MAS are now looking for a capable Senior Interior Designer to lead projects and guide the next generation of talent within their interiors team.

This role is ideal for a confident, all-round interior designer ready to take ownership across all phases. You’ll be trusted to lead with autonomy while still working collaboratively with a close-knit team of high performers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading interiors projects from early client briefing through to site delivery

• Developing design concepts, documentation in Revit, and specifications

• Managing project timelines, coordination, and consultant input

• Working closely with clients and stakeholders to develop and deliver great outcomes

• Mentoring junior designers and collaborating with the broader team on integrated solutions

• Bringing fresh ideas, initiative, and a commitment to detail at every stage

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in interiors, ideally across workplace, multi-res, or mixed-use

• A strong grasp of spatial planning, detailing, materials, and FF&E

• Excellent Revit skills and the ability to produce clear, accurate documentation

• Someone who enjoys presenting and engaging with clients and collaborators

• A confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented studio

• A calm, reliable and capable presence who’s ready to step up and lead
