About the role

As a Sheet Metal Fabricator & Welder at Action Commercial Catering Equipment Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality commercial catering equipment. This full-time position (Over time available) based in Cranbourne, VIC, will see you using your exceptional welding and fabrication skills to contribute to the company's success.

What you'll be doing

Fabricating and welding a variety of sheet metal components to create commercial catering equipment

Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure accurate manufacturing

Operating various metalworking machinery such as guillotines, folders, and welding equipment

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to support efficient production

Collaborating with the team to meet deadlines and quality standards

Identifying and troubleshooting any issues during the manufacturing process

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Fabricator & Welder, with a minimum of 1 years in a similar role

Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

Excellent welding skills, particularly in MIG and TIG welding techniques

Ability to operate various metalworking machinery with precision and safety

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities
