We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic primary care team. The successful candidate will provide a range of clinical nursing services to clients in home care settings. You’ll work collaboratively with Support Workers, Support Coordinators, and administrative staff to ensure client-centered, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Administer Catheters

Perform wound care, dressings, suture removal.

Set up a ACAT team and conduct ACAT assessments

Assist with monitoring client care

(Upskilling and training will provided as required).

Administrative Duties

Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records.

Contribute to audits, quality improvement activities, and clinical governance processes.

Support infection control procedures and compliance with relevant standards.

Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Team Collaboration & Development

Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Participate in care planning and team meetings.

Mentor and supervise trainee nurses as appropriate.

Engage in ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and training.

Essential Requirements

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

Experience in primary care, aged care or community nursing.

Familiarity with clinical IT systems and electronic health records.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
