About the role

Nurse 4U Pty Ltd is seeking a FEMALE Community Nursing Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our team on a casual basis in Frankston, VIC. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to clients within the local community, supporting their health and wellbeing. This is a versatile position that offers the opportunity to work in a range of community settings.

What you'll be doing

Delivering skilled nursing care to clients in their homes or within the community

Assessing clients' health needs and developing and implementing individualised care plans

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals

Providing education and support to clients and their families

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate seamless care

Maintaining accurate and detailed client records

Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and professional standards

What we're looking for

Current registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

Demonstrated experience in community nursing or a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a range of community settings

Access to reliable transportation to travel between client locations
