We’re looking for a Project Manager who’s ready to lead commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. As a Project Manager at Diamond Plumbing, you’ll be the central link between our site teams, operations, and builders. You’ll run multiple commercial plumbing projects from pre-start to commissioning – overseeing forecasting, compliance, site culture, and quality control.

What You’ll Be Doing

Run and manage multiple commercial plumbing projects across Melbourne.

Be the central link between site teams, clients, and management.

Oversee scheduling and programs: 4-week, 2-week, 1-week and 2-day forecasting.

Manage procurement, variations, claims and compliance using company software.

Conduct regular site visits and daily check-ins with senior plumbers.

Be present at key stages: rough-in, fit-off, commissioning.

Build strong site culture, support apprentices, and ensure quality standards.

Report weekly to the Operations Manager on progress, performance and risks.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3–5 years of Project Management experience in the commercial plumbing / construction industry.

Plumbing trade background or strong understanding of hydraulics, Civils.

Ability to read and interpret construction and hydraulic, Civil plans.

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Reliable, organised and confident managing multiple jobs at once.

Comfortable leading teams and working autonomously.
