With a strong presence across APAC, this organisation is on a mission to modernise platforms and deliver innovative customer-facing solutions through technology. This is a key role for a hands-on architect with deep experience in the Microsoft ecosystem to drive transformation and mentor a high-performing team.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead the architecture and design of scalable, secure software systems

Define and execute technical strategies across cloud (Azure), APIs, and front-end tech

Solve complex technical challenges and shape long-term tech vision

Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams

Mentor engineers and champion best practices across the SDLC

Embed secure coding principles and ensure architectural alignment with business goals

Stay on top of technology trends and introduce innovative solutions

Tech Stack Highlights:

What we’re looking for:

8–10 years in software development, with 3+ years in architecture roles

Proven success designing and delivering enterprise solutions

Deep expertise in .NET, Azure, and modern web technologies

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience leading teams and uplifting engineering capability

Insurance or financial services experience (desirable)

Relevant degree or diploma in IT or Software Engineering
