Looking to join a friendly and collaborative design studio? This well-known practice is looking for a Project Lead with Design Practitioner Registration, to join their team. They have an impressively diverse project portfolio across education, residential, and commercial projects. Located on the city fringe and boasting a great office culture. This role will suit a design professional with developed skills across all stages of a project. Must have experience on Class 2 projects.

Key responsibilities

Utilise your specialised technical knowledge and work across a diversity of projects including multi-residential, education and mixed-use projects

Contribute to the design and development of key projects

Provide mentorship to junior team members

Produce resolved design ideas collaboratively and autonomously

Enjoy a leadership role within the studio

Skills and experience

Completed qualifications in Architecture

Experience on all stages of Class 2 projects

Ideally ArchiCAD skills as well as excellent technical documentation and detailing ability

A strong portfolio of relevant project examples

Good knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
