This Crows Nest-based architecture studio has spent the past 20 years building a strong reputation across Sydney’s retail, residential, and civic sectors. Known for delivering high-quality outcomes and fostering long-term relationships, they’ve recently secured a landmark commission with a national REIT client and are now looking to bring on a skilled Project Architect to help see it through construction.

Their design reviews, regular discussion forums, social events, mentoring and appraisals combine to enable their staff achieve their maximum potential individually.

The Role
The project is a brand-new, state-of-the-art shopping centre that has just entered the construction phase, with Richard Crookes Constructions engaged as the building contractor. This role requires close coordination with the builder, consultants, and the client’s project team to ensure seamless delivery through to completion.

What They’re Looking For
They’re seeking an experienced Project Architect who brings solid construction knowledge and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You must be able to hit the ground running, ideally with:

Large scale project experience, ideally in leading retail shopping centres, or mixed-use commercial or industrial projects

Strong Revit skills and documentation experience

A solid grasp of construction-phase services and consultant coordination

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

An understanding of the full project lifecycle from concept to completion
