What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for customers across email, social media and community.

Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.

Offer expert product knowledge and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Process customer orders and returns efficiently and proactively.

Surprise and delight customers, and come up with ways that makes our customer experience stand out.

Collect feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Resolve customer complaints with empathy & grace.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Troubleshoot technical issues when needed.

Maintain customer records meticulously.

About You:

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude!

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously.

Be able to roll up your sleeves and problem solve when something pops up!

A keen eye for detail and great time management.

Positive, reliable, and eager to learn.

CX or Sales experience is a bonus.

Proficient computer skills, you will need to use systems in place for CX.

Location:
This role is based in Molendinar, Gold Coast, with a potential future rostered schedule (Tuesday - Saturday). Applicants must be located in the Gold Coast or Brisbane area and able to be in the office every day.
