Position Title: CORP Workplace Solutions Coordinator (one year contract)
Location: Darwin-based position

About the Role: As a CORP Workplace Solutions Coordinator, you will provide clerical and administrative support for our CORP Workplace Solutions division and develop skills to work as a CORP Consultant. This position involves promoting and delivering training, organisational consulting services, including conflict management, and formal referrals to the EASA client group.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage all clerical and administrative services for each service, schedule bookings for all services, make travel arrangements, and organise all appointments for each request.
Training Development: Maintain and develop training programs, manage training venues, and prepare training materials.
Conflict Management: Handle conflict management requests and bookings via the conflict management process.
Proposal Preparation: Assist in preparing submissions for consultancy, training proposals, and government tenders.
Knowledge Development: Stay updated on contemporary training issues and trends at both local and national levels.
Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance systems are in place and make sure all processes are abiding by any contractual obligations.
Client Engagement: Deliver briefings and presentations to EASA Inc. customer groups and liaise with them for the promotion and development of CORP services.
Reporting: Ensure that all reporting requirements are completed and delivered on time as well as ensuring all CORP Consultants have accreditation up to date.
Travel: Travel throughout NT as required.
Flexibility: Work outside normal hours when needed.
Selection Criteria:
Essential:
Ability to work effectively autonomously however ask for support.
Demonstrate clerical and administrative ability to a high level.
Excellent written and oral communication skills for customer engagement.
Ability to develop training program materials and resources.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Capacity to prepare submissions, tenders, and proposals.
Proven ability to work with limited supervision and in a dynamic environment.
Effective workload and project management skills to an exceptional level.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Competency using Information Technology and confidence to utilise AI platforms such as CoPilot.
Current NT driver’s license.
Desirable:
Previous experience servicing clients.
Sound knowledge in training management.
Proven research skills to develop solutions.
