We’re looking for a talented Social Media Advertising Specialist who’s ready to take our paid digital marketing to the next level on social media (Meta and TikTok). If you’re a strategic thinker with creative flair and serious hands-on skills, we want to hear from you.

The role is based at Huntingfield, in southern Tasmania and is a genuine 38-hour week, but we will consider Part Time for the right candidate, so you can live outside of work.

In this role you’ll be the driving force behind our paid social advertising efforts – both strategic and hands-on – including:

Developing and executing performance-driven advertising strategies across Meta and TikTok.

Managing, optimising, and scaling ad campaigns to achieve key business goals (acquisition, retention, ROAS, and more).

Identifying audience segments and targeting approaches that maximise effectiveness.

Collaborating with the broader marketing team to align ads with product launches, promos, and brand campaigns.

Producing engaging content for ads – whether that’s editing UGC, writing punchy copy, or coordinating shoots with in-house and external talent.

Keeping up with trends in social media advertising, especially TikTok’s ever-evolving creative space.

Our ideal candidate will have:

3+ years of hands-on experience running paid digital advertising campaigns, especially on Meta and TikTok.

Proven track record of planning and delivering successful ad strategies tied to business outcomes.

Strong content production skills – you’re comfortable creating/editing videos, writing compelling ad copy, and briefing creative concepts.

Ability to interpret ad performance and optimise based on insights.

Solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals like conversion tracking, A/B testing, and funnel optimisation.

A self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills.
