About the role

Bloomingdales Lighting is seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse assistant to join our team in Rosebery, NSW. This is a full-time role, where you will play an important part in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of our products, while answering in to our Warehouse /Ops Manager. The successful candidate will be committed to a long-term placement at the company.

What you'll be doing

Unloading and loading delivery trucks, ensuring all items are carefully handled and stored

Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery

Maintaining high standards of organisation and cleanliness in the warehouse

Assisting with general warehouse duties such as stock rotation and inventory management

Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role/ product quality control is essential

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure

Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues

A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile

Excellent physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role (there will be heavy items)

Australian Permanent Residency/Citizenship
