About the role:
Are you passionate about supporting children and families to access the services and supports they need? We are seeking a Child, Youth & Family Caseworker to join a collaborative and supportive team delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed services to families in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of children, young people, and families experiencing vulnerabilities who require a coordinated approach to accessing and engaging with services and supports.
• Deliver services that are based on evidence-informed frameworks, approaches, and models of care.
• Support the safety and wellbeing of children and families through structured planning and intervention.
• Conduct comprehensive assessment, case planning, service coordination and navigation.

We are looking for someone with:

• Minimum Diploma in Social Work, Youth Work, Community Services, or a related discipline, with relevant work experience.
• Experience working with children, young people, and families experiencing vulnerabilities, and an understanding of the challenges they may face.
• Demonstrated understanding of child protection principles and issues.
• Strong communication, engagement, and case management skills.
• Willingness to undergo all required background checks.
