Are you a nurse looking for something different — but still meaningful — in healthcare? Or a nursing student wanting flexible work that fits around placements and study?

We’re looking for Allocations Officers to join our warm and busy Evolve Healthcare team. In this role, you’ll help schedule nurses and healthcare workers across a range of settings, keeping things running smoothly and making sure patients are cared for — even if you’re not at the bedside yourself.

This is a great opportunity to supplement your clinical shifts with something admin-based, or transition into a non-clinical support role while staying close to the action.

In this role, you’ll:

Schedule shifts for nurses and healthcare workers across public and private healthcare

Support last-minute rostering needs and urgent shift changes

Provide professional phone and email support to our team and clients

Keep internal systems up to date and accurate

Collaborate with recruitment, compliance, and clinical teams

Availability Requirements:

We schedule shifts across all 7 days, with coverage needed during early mornings and later evenings. While we don’t expect full-time availability, we’re especially looking for people who can:

Commit to at least 2 shifts per week

Be available for flexible shifts, including early or evening times

Pick up additional hours where available
