About Us:
Gracie Nanny Agency is a boutique, premium nanny placement agency committed to providing exceptional care to families across Australia. Backed by a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and long-term support, we are proud to be the only agency in the country led by registered nurses. We’re expanding our safety and training offering and are looking for a passionate Paediatric Nurse to join our growing team.

You’ll be based one day per week in our Malvern office, with the flexibility to work from home the rest of the timeif you prefer. You can also choose the hours that suit you, making this a truly family-friendly, adaptable position.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and contribute to safety protocols, onboarding processes, and training content for nannies
Deliver engaging, evidence-based safety training (virtually or in person)
Provide ongoing mentoring and support to nannies on safety and health topics
Liaise with families to ensure they feel informed, confident, and supported when it comes to safety
Research and help develop new training modules and resources
Assist in compliance tracking and certificate management
Be available for ad hoc consultations with families around specific medical or developmental concerns where appropriate
Support the internal team with best-practice advice and safety-related decisions
What We’re Looking For:
Registered Nurse (with AHPRA registration), ideally with paediatric experience
A strong interest in early childhood wellbeing and home-based care
High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a warm, collaborative approach
Confidence delivering training and working closely with a team
Enthusiasm to help raise the standard of safety and care in the nanny industry
Why Join Gracie:
Work with a values-driven, female-led company making a meaningful impact
Flexible, family-friendly hours you can choose yourself
One office day per week in Malvern, with the option to work from home the rest
Supportive, passionate team environment
Full access to our trusted nanny network for your own family’s care needs
Opportunity to help shape industry-leading safety standards in the in-home care space
Be a key voice in supporting families and building their trust through expert safety guidance
