Who you’ll be supporting

Supporting a 15 year old boy, with level 2, ASD and ADHD

Proactively assisting and providing education around management of his behaviors

Guidance to help him stay focused with some online tailored learning

Assistance with navigating his mental health

Your Responsibilities

Provide individualised support including Social and community access and occasional In-home supports. Such as; meal preparation, and light housekeeping

Offer companionship and facilitate social engagement

Maintain accurate client records

Ensure a safe and supportive environment for our clients

What We’re Looking For

Participant Specific– Male SW - Aged ~20-35yo with a Mentor / Friendship style approach

Experience in disability or aged care, or a related field

Empathetic, patient, and reliable with excellent communication skills

Able to work autonomously and in a team

Valid Driver's Licence & access to a reliable vehicle

Current or willing to obtain:

First Aid & CPR Certificate

Working with Children Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check
