Kelly Sports Bendigo is proud to be the back-to-back recipient of the National Franchise of the Year Award – recognised for delivering high-quality, inclusive, and engaging physical activity programs for children across Central and Northern Victoria.

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Sports Coach to join our growing team and help deliver high-energy programs across kindergartens, early learning centres, primary schools, and occasionally secondary schools and weekend events.

About the Role:

20 hours per week with opportunity to grow into a full-time position

Deliver multi-sport and fundamental movement sessions in kindergartens, early learning centres, and schools

Travel to various sites across Bendigo & surrounding regions

Work both independently and as part of a passionate coaching team

Occasional weekend work and special event coaching

Program delivery during and outside of school hours (varied scheduling)

Traineeship opportunities available for the right applicant

You’ll Need:

A passion for working with children and inspiring a love of sport

Experience in coaching, education, early childhood, or youth engagement

Excellent communication and reliability

A car and valid driver’s licence (essential)

Availability across weekdays and occasional weekends

Essential Requirements:

Working With Children Check (Employee)

First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011) – or willingness to obtain

National Police Check – or willingness to obtain

Coaching qualifications (advantageous but not essential)

Sporting Schools or relevant industry experience is a bonus!
