Qualifications & experience

• Working with Children Check (WWC)
• Sporting background (Soccer)
• MUST live within close proximity to Glen Waverley or Malvern
• A positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of patience, essential for effectively interacting with children and their parents, as well as creating a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere
• Understands child development principles and age-appropriate coaching techniques, ensuring that training sessions are suitable for the physical development of young players.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Setting up of sessions (already planned out)
• Managing a session with a maximum of 15 kids per class
• Ensuring all kids feel welcome and part of the team
• Be attentive at all times throughout the session
• Be loud and enthusiastic
• Reliable
• Early morning starts on weekends
• Ensuring the safety of all children
• Available to work early morning on Weekends
