The Role
As a second chair Adviser, you’ll play an integral part in delivering tailored advice solutions. You’ll attend client meetings, help uncover goals and objectives, contribute to strategy formulation, and ensure the advice is implemented accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

Attending client meetings alongside the Principal Adviser

Supporting strategy development based on client goals and circumstances

Preparing advice briefs for paraplanning

Managing workflow and overseeing implementation of advice

Building strong internal and external relationships across the process

About You
We’re looking for someone technically strong, emotionally intelligent, and ready to step up. You may have a background in paraplanning or an existing associate role — what matters is your desire to learn, contribute, and grow.

You’ll bring:

A relevant degree and a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in financial planning

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to advice delivery

Confidence in client-facing settings and the ability to build rapport

A team-first attitude and willingness to take ownership of outcomes

A clear pathway or intention to become a lead adviser in future
