About the role

Finchley & Kent is seeking an Adviser and Operations Associate to join their dynamic team in Sydney.

This role reports to Head of Adviser Services and Operations and is a great opportunity for a recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in the financial services sector. You will work closely with our Operations team, supporting them in delivering outstanding service to our advisers. This role offers valuable exposure to the day-to-day operations of a professional financial services firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head of Adviser Services and Operations with daily administrative tasks

Prepare, process, and manage client documentation

Respond to client enquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database

Provide general administrative support to the wider team

Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions

Perform additional duties as required

About You:

Graduated in Finance, Business, or a related field or have excellent customer service background

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Ability to manage tasks independently while working effectively in a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Professional, motivated, and eager to learn
