Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Veale Auto Parts is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Interpreter/Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a vital role in our stores, contributing to the success of our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional customer service by matching the customer with the correct parts and assisting with sales inquiries.

Handling inbound calls from mechanical trade customers and processing orders efficiently.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.

Collaborating with team members to achieve store success and maintain high standards of service.

Accurately picking and putting stock away.

This role will require you to travel to any of our 17 stores when needed, covering for holidays and sick leave. this is a full-time role. This can include traveling to our northern and southern store
