About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and customer-focused receptionist to be the first point of contact for our workshop. If you’re passionate about providing great service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and handling enquiries in person, by phone, and email

Managing bookings, job schedules, and workflow communication

Invoicing and processing payments

Assisting with basic office administration

Liaising with insurance companies and suppliers

Supporting the workshop team with daily administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a reception, admin, or customer service role (automotive industry experience is a bonus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Great attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident using computers and office systems (experience with job management software a plus)

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

A friendly, can-do attitude
