About the Role As a Principal Project and Policy Officer, you'll take the lead—or serve as a senior contributor—on high-profile, cross-agency projects. You’ll be responsible for:

• Defining complex policy problems and developing innovative solutions
• Designing governance and service delivery models
• Preparing business cases, Cabinet submissions, and ministerial briefings
• Leading project and stakeholder management across multiple departments
• Developing communication and engagement strategies

You’ll bring broad strategic policy skills, with expertise in at least one area, and a proven ability to influence across government.
