My client is a prestigious financial services and property business who have experienced strong, sustained growth over the years. Offering a tailored and essential services to businesses they have seen steep demand and sustained growth over the years

Reporting into the Senior Accountant, the AP Officer will perform accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payment obligations across multiple entities

This includes maintaining vendor records, supporting month-end close processes, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure invoice approvals, and managing payment runs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial compliance and smooth day-to-day operations

About you

The successful candidate will have 18 months + experience in an Accounts Payable, accounts clerk or finance administration role

Previous experience working in property or financial services will be highly regarded however not essential

You will have FT working rights and are able to commit to working 5 days onsite in Edgecliff
