About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our dynamic finance team at Earthmoving Equipment Australia Pty Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. Based in Glendenning, NSW office, this position plays a crucial role in supporting the overall financial operations of the company. *Please note, we are moving to Seven Hills in September.

What you'll be doing

Process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments

Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and statements

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any invoice or payment discrepancies

Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions

Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures

Provide support to the broader finance team as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in an account's payable role, preferably within a medium to large organization.

Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures, and a sound understanding of accounting principles
