In this client-facing role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of corporate and mid-market clients. While you’ll work closely with an Account Manager for strategic support, you'll be the go-to for client queries, policy management, and general servicing.

This is a fantastic stepping stone for Account Executives looking to move into a larger portfolio environment without losing the personal client connection.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients
• Handle renewals, endorsements, and general policy servicing
• Provide exceptional service and support on complex accounts
• Work closely with insurers and underwriters to deliver the best outcomes
• Support a Senior Account Manager with strategy, reporting, and administration

✅ What You’ll Bring

• 2–4+ years of experience in general insurance broking (corporate or commercial lines preferred)
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification – essential
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-first attitude
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisation and follow-up skills
• Comfortable dealing directly with clients and internal stakeholders
