Agenda C is on the hunt for a talented and driven Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Darlinghurst. If you live and breathe visual storytelling and want to work at the intersection of design, politics, media and culture — this is your opportunity to make real impact.

Working across high-profile political, corporate and social campaigns, you’ll design content that moves people — and outcomes. You’ll be key in delivering bold, compelling visuals across digital, print, and video that elevate our clients’ narratives and power our creative strategies.

What You’ll Do

Design engaging assets across digital and print — including social tiles, infographics, pitch decks, reports, branding, and campaign collateral

Collaborate with our in-house strategists, creatives, and clients to bring bold ideas to life

Uphold and evolve visual brand guidelines for a range of national and international clients

Translate complex briefs into clean, cohesive designs that tell a story and drive action

Bring energy and agility to fast-moving projects and tight turnarounds

Stay across design trends and campaign creative to keep our work ahead of the curve

What We’re Looking For

2–3+ years of experience in a fast-paced design or agency environment

High-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a bonus)

Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills — you know how to make ideas pop

An eye for detail and layout, and an instinct for what works in social and digital

Ability to work collaboratively, take feedback, and juggle multiple projects with grace

A genuine interest in communications, politics, social good or campaigns is a plus
