The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing litigation files from start to finish
• Drafting legal correspondence, court documents, and briefs
• Preparing and lodging court forms
• Coordinating monthly billing and client reporting
• Managing diaries, emails, and travel for fee earners
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders professionally
• Providing proactive administrative and PA support

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in defendant insurance litigation is essential
• Comfortable juggling competing deadlines and priorities
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and legal billing systems
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Friendly, team-first attitude with the ability to work autonomously
