THE EMPLOYER

Our client is a respected Australian Consulting and program management firm, managing the PMO for a key Defence program.

This now requires an Agile Trainer / Coach to uplift capability, embed best practices, and drive project success across multi-disciplinary teams.

THE ROLE

In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering training, coaching teams and leaders on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and supporting continuous improvement in program delivery.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders to foster Agile mindsets, build high-performing teams, and tailor practices to complex Defence environments.

REQUIREMENTS

NV1 Australian Defence Security Clearance (MUST HAVE)

Strong background in Agile coaching, training, and delivery

Relevant qualfications and professional cerifications

Deep knowledge of sAFE Agile frameworks and scaling practices

Experience uplifting capability across teams and leadership groups

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Prior experience in Defence or large-scale government programs highly regarded
