The role

The Operations Manager – Housing will provide superior knowledge of tenancy management and strong leadership to support a geographically diverse group of team leaders, and drive service excellence within our place management division.

Your leadership will promote teamwork, open discussion, knowledge sharing and culture building across teams, while also ensuring our renters voices are heard and we are creating communities that thrive.

The ability to make decisions in complex, fast-paced environments will be key to this role, as well as high levels of enthusiasm, resilience and positivity. Demonstrated experience leading through others (i.e. team leaders) and property management services (including an in-depth understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act) is required.
