💼 What We Offer

Daytime hours – Mostly Monday to Friday occasional Saturday

🌟 Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with disability and/or mental health conditions

Support clients with daily living, which may include:

Personal care, domestic support, meal preparation

Medication support, community access, transport, and social engagement

Collaborate with families, guardians, and other providers to ensure holistic support

Manage emotional wellbeing for self and others in challenging situations

Complete professional and timely shift notes and reports

Work collaboratively within a passionate and multidisciplinary team

✅ Essential Criteria

Current unrestricted Driver’s License

Reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance (willing to transport clients)

NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Relevant industry qualification (e.g., Community Services, Mental Health, Disability)

Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills

Confident using technology and a smartphone for work tasks

💡 Desired Skills & Experience

Previous experience in community or disability support

Knowledge and/or experience in supporting people with mental health conditions

Ability to build strong connections, promote independence, and empower others

Collaborative approach with a commitment to inclusion and advocacy
