J T Roach Painters specializes in new housing, and residential private work mainly in the Mandurah/Rockingham and surrounding areas.

We are currently seeking a Trade Qualified painter (or at least 5 years’ experience) to join our expanding team on a permanent full-time basis. We provide a supportive team environment, are customer focused and we’re looking for enthusiastic, positive people to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Preparing surfaces for painting (e.g. sanding, filling, gapping)

Applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers and spray

Maintaining a clean and organized work area

All general painting & decorating services

Be able to communicate well with clients and other trades on site

Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition

Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times

You will need:

Trade Certificate or at least 5 years experience

Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team

Clean, tidy and presentable

High quality workmanship

Ability to use own initiative and prioritize tasks

Excellent communication skills

Have your own reliable vehicle and hold a full driver's license

Own hand tools
