OSHC DIRECTOR LEVEL 6.7 Permanent 38 hrs per week $91-$100K per annum + allowances + super

THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a Director to lead the McLaren Vale Primary School OSHC. Our service offers care, learning, and fun for primary school age children before school, after school, on pupil free days, and during the school holidays.

This is a rare full time opportunity for someone looking to manage and oversee a large service. Your 38 hour week will be made up of rostered operational hours and then non contact admin hours. Admin hours can be flexible to suit you and used in between operational hours throughout the week.

As Director you are responsible for providing an engaging program whilst ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework. You will lead and develop your team, build a sense of trust within the service and model behaviours that support each child to grow and achieve their developmental outcomes.

Desirable knowledge and experience:

Sound leadership, operational and financial management skills

Ability to relate well with children, families and staff

Knowledge of the NQF and MTOP Knowledge of the CCMS and Children Services Award

Experience using Fully Booked software & CCSS system

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree level qualification as approved by ACECQA

First Aid qualifications as approved by ACECQA

Willingness to accept the role of person in day to day charge

Hold or be willing to obtain Responding to Abuse and Neglect certificate

Hold or be willing to obtain a valid Working with Children Check

Hold or be willing to obtain a valid National Police Check

You hold a valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or are willing to obtain one)

Available 6.30am-9:00am and 2:30pm-6.30pm Monday to Friday
