Entry-Level Requirements (Level 1)

• RIIWHS206 & RIIWHS302E accreditation (TC1 + TMI1 equivalent)
• Positive attitude and commitment to safety
• Willingness to learn and grow within the industry

Career Progression

• Upskill into higher traffic levels
• Operate TMA vehicles (with appropriate licence/tickets)
• Gain additional certifications (First Aid, Working with Children, etc.)
• Step into leadership roles with formal training

Key Duties

• Implement and monitor Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
• Set up and manage traffic control sites
• Load/unload signage and complete pre-start checks
• Maintain safe traffic and pedestrian flow
• Conduct hazard assessments and reports
• Liaise with site teams and stakeholders
• Install traffic devices (signs, cones, bollards, etc.)
• Supervise and guide traffic crews (Team Leader roles)

Skills & Qualifications

• Work Zone Traffic Management (WZTM) ticket
• Current accreditations (TC1/TMI1 or above)
• RIIWHS205E, RIIWHS302E, RIIRTM301E
• White Card
• Manual driver’s licence (essential)
• HR licence (advantageous for TMA work)
• First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transport and team-focused attitude
