About the business and the role

Bedrock is a light to medium fabrication workshop based in Slade Point Mackay. We offer an enclosed abrasive blast and protective coating facility, that supports ours and our customer's requirements. We are a fast-paced workshop that values our employees. This team position will report directly to the Workshop Supervisor.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Responsible for workshop blasting & painting works.
• Monitor QA on all works undertaken.
• Maintenance requirements on and around facility
• Follow instructions and guidance to best complete tasks on time and on budget.

Skills and experience

• Position would suit a Qualified Painter.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Self motivated forward thinker.
• General fabrication workshop knowledge an advantage.
• Forklift license or experience required.
