Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments, observations, and health checks

Administer immunisations, wound care, and other nursing procedures

Prepare and assist with minor procedures

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Support chronic disease management and preventative health care

Collaborate with GPs, allied health, and administrative staff

Ensure infection control and clinical safety standards are met

GP CHRONIC CONDITION MANAGEMENT PLANS

Requirements:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Previous experience in a general practice or medical clinic (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Current CPR certification and immunisation status up to date
