Offsider – Vacuum Truck Operator Support

North Sydney location

Are you physically fit, reliable, and ready to work in a hands-on outdoor environment? We are currently seeking a motivated Offsider to support our Vacuum Truck Operator in day-to-day operations.

About the Role:

As an Offsider, you’ll work alongside our experienced Vacuum Truck Operator to assist with industrial cleaning, non-destructive digging (NDD), liquid waste removal, and general site support. No two days are the same, and the work is ideal for someone who enjoys being outdoors, working in a team, and taking pride in delivering quality service.

Duties Include:

Assisting the Vacuum Truck Operator with setup, operation, and pack down of equipment

Manual handling of hoses and tools

Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the work site

Following all WHS procedures and client instructions

Completing paperwork or digital job records as required

What We’re Looking For:

A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

Physically fit and able to handle manual labour

White Card (Construction Induction)

Driver’s licence

Ability to work early starts and occasional overtime

Previous experience in civil, industrial, or environmental services is highly regarded

A willingness to work hard and learn
