Retail Store Manager | Northern Beaches & Eastern Suburbs

We’re on the hunt for two exceptional retail leaders to take the reins of two established stores in Sydney, one located in the Northern Beaches and the other in the Eastern Suburbs. This is more than a standard Store Manager role, you’ll be stepping into a purpose-led environment where team, community, and customer experience come first.

What You'll Be Doing
• Own the end-to-end store performance - from team development and operations to customer experience and community engagement
• Lead, coach, and develop a team who love what they do and bring energy to every shift
• Drive commercial results and exceed KPIs through strategic leadership and daily hustle
• Be the face of the store - connecting with locals, hosting activations, and growing brand presence
• Champion store presentation and visual merchandising in line with brand standards

What You Bring
• A proven track record in retail leadership (store management or similar)
• A passion for people — you genuinely enjoy coaching, mentoring and leading from the floor
• Strong commercial acumen and comfort with performance metrics and KPIs
• An interest in wellness, movement, and living an active lifestyle
• A natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment
