About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Health Promotion Officer to join us in this meaningful role. As the Health Promotion Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the delivery of the Health Promotion Operational Plan through project planning, delivery, and evaluation.
- Building strong partnerships with schools, councils, community organisations and other stakeholders to improve health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting in local and statewide databases and contribute to progress reporting against KPIs.
- Sharing learnings and insights from local project implementation to help shape future approaches.

- Hold a tertiary qualification relevant to health promotion.
- Be passionate about improving community health, with knowledge of evidence-based health promotion strategies.
