About the Role

Atomic Projects is seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer to join our high-performance remedial construction team. You’ll work across strata and residential sites throughout Sydney, assisting with concrete repair, waterproofing prep, patching, and general remedial works.

This is a hands-on role where quality, pride in workmanship, and safe tool use are non-negotiable. If you’re punctual, switched on, and serious about developing your trade skills — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Read and follow technical data sheets for materials

Perform remedial tasks such as concrete demolition, spalling repair, patching, grinding

Assist with waterproofing prep, screeds, membranes, and sealing works

Install internal protection on new or live projects

Operate power tools safely (grinders, drills, mixers, jackhammers)

Maintain a clean and organised work zone

Work under supervision and as part of a team

Contribute to site safety, toolbox talks, and team productivity

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in remedial, construction, or related trades

Strong time management and reliability

Can follow scope direction and problem-solve on the job

Skilled in safe use of tools and site equipment

Holds a White Card

Holds a valid Australian driver’s licence

Holds current Working at Heights and EWP licence

Comfortable reading and following product data sheets

Physically fit and legally able to work in Australia

Completed site inductions and medicals (preferred)
