Skilled Labourers – Commercial and Mixed-Use Developments

Position: Skilled Construction Labourers
Location: Various Commercial & Mixed-Use Residential Construction Sites
Employment Type: 5-6 days per week
Accompanying tickets advantageous: Telehandler (Gold Card), forklift, Working at Heights

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all aspects of construction, including site preparation, framework, demolition, and finishing tasks
• Safely operate power tools and machinery as required for the project
• Follow detailed instructions and work under the guidance of senior tradespeople and site supervisors
• Work autonomously and manage tasks independently as required
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry best practices
• Contribute to a high level of teamwork, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience on commercial and mixed-use residential construction projects
• Patching and concreting experience is advantageous
• Ability to use and maintain a variety of power tools
• Proven experience in both early-stage construction and project completion stages
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work 6 days per week
• High level of physical fitness and stamina, as this is a hands-on role
• WHS White Card (mandatory)
• Own PPE (Mandatory)
• Silica Awareness trained (Preferred)
