The Role

We are currently seeking a Skilled labourer who will gain additional experience to carry out specialist remedial repair work as outlined below:

• General Remedial rectification work
• Bathroom & Balcony rectifications
• General carpentry work
• Removal and re-instatement of external cladding
• Flashing repairs
• Removal and re-instatement of doors and windows
• Concrete spalling and repair work
• Brick and joint repairs
  
  Key skills and requirements to obtain the position on offer:
  
• Current Driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle
• White card
• Ability to work and present well to Biltbeta Clientele

Any applicant with the following would have an advantage in securing this position:

• Experience in remedial building work or trade background
• Working at heights certificate
