About the role

Join Bread In Common as our new Restaurant Manager, where you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

This is a full-time position based in our vibrant Fremantle location.

What you'll be doing

Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, customer service, inventory and compliance

Lead, motivate and develop a passionate team of hospitality professionals

Ensure consistently high standards of food and beverage quality

Monitor restaurant performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

Foster a positive, guest-focused culture and resolve any customer complaints effectively

Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and dining experiences

Manage budgets, analyse financial data and implement cost-saving measures

Ensure the restaurant adheres to all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

Significant experience (2+ years) in a restaurant management role, ideally within a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of building and developing successful teams

Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences

Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting and cost control

Familiarity with food safety, liquor licensing and other relevant hospitality regulations

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to continuous improvement
