About Us
Ruth Landau Harp Early Learning is a high-quality early childhood education and care centre for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. We are proudly operated by Perth Hebrew Congregation, a not-for-profit organisation with a strong community presence and a commitment to ethical, inclusive practice.
Located on over half an acre in leafy Menora, our centre provides outdoor play spaces twice the required size per child, beautifully resourced environments, and a deeply supportive, team-focused culture.
As Western Australia’s only Jewish early learning service, our values—kindness, respect, community, and environmental responsibility—are embedded in everything we do. We warmly welcome educators, children, and families from all cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs.
Why Join Us?
Permanent part-time role with consistent shifts (11:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday)
Operated by the not-for-profit Perth Hebrew Congregation

Annual recognition of service and milestone celebrations
Centre closed over Christmas and Easter
Professional development and mentoring on the floor

🌟 Remove the Childcare Cost Barrier
We believe that educators should have access to affordable, high-quality care for their own children. That is why we offer a 95% staff discount off the childcare gap fee for employees who enrol their children at Ruth Landau Harp Early Learning (T&Cs apply).
This removes the financial barriers that often prevent educators from accessing early learning for their own families, so you can work and parent with peace of mind.
