About the role

At Little VIPs Child Care Early Education Centre, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) & Diploma Educator to join our dynamic team in Lynwood, WA. This part-time role is integral to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care to the children in our centre.

What you'll be doing

Plan and implement stimulating, age-appropriate educational programs that support children's physical, social, emotional and cognitive development

Observe and assess children's progress, and provide regular feedback to parents

Ensure a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for all children

Collaborate with the centre management team to continuously improve educational practices

Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and centre events

Adhere to all relevant early childhood education regulations and centre policies

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent teaching qualification

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent educator qualification

Demonstrated experience in early childhood education, preferably in a long day care setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community

Creativity and a passion for delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences

Commitment to continuous professional development and a love of lifelong learning

Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
